1. All appointments must be made via messaging on our Facebook page.
2. Appointment inquiries/scheduling will be answered on Mondays for the Tuesday/Thursday of that week only.
3. Please be on time for your 15-minute appointment to keep from having to shorten your shopping time.
4. Any cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance. We have a waiting list and want to give someone else the chance to shop if possible!
5. If you have two no-shows/same-day cancellations in a row, you will need to wait until the following month to be able to schedule another appointment.
6. Please know that messages sent to Kid 2 Kid Closet will not be viewed/answered during open hours.
